RVPA
Brand, web, and marketing for the Regional Virtual Production Academy — a multi-college program preparing students for careers in virtual production.

The Regional Virtual Production Academy (RVPA) was a Regional Joint Venture under the Bay Area Community College Consortium, designing and launching a collaborative program to prepare students for careers in the fast-growing virtual production industry — the LED-volume, real-time filmmaking world behind modern film and television.
Spanning multiple colleges — including Ohlone, Santa Rosa Junior College, and Berkeley City College — the academy needed one consistent brand and a clear way to recruit students, present a shared catalog and schedule, and communicate across campuses that each ran their own piece of the program.
We served as the academy's marketing and web partner across the project. We built and maintained the RVPA website and a dedicated "Discover" landing page designed to convert interest from social campaigns into enrollments, and produced the marketing system around it — course catalog, student info cards, internship brochures, a student-work showcase, quarterly newsletters, and information-session schedules.
Working with a distributed team of faculty leads, we kept the brand and messaging consistent across campuses while making the program easy for prospective students to understand and act on.
RVPA carried a cohesive brand and a recruitment-ready digital presence through to the successful close of its grant term in mid-2025, when it transitioned to a sustainability plan. The project's closure report credited the marketing and web work as part of what made the academy a model for collaborative program development.
Amazing work, as always! It does exactly the job we wanted.
