Project work has its own agreement

This site describes what we do. It isn’t an offer or a contract to do it. Sending us a form or an email doesn’t make you a client, and it doesn’t commit either of us to anything. Every project we take on gets its own written agreement, and if that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Our content

We made what’s on this site, including the writing, design, graphics and code, unless a page says otherwise. Read it, link to it, or print a page for your own reference. Please don’t copy, republish or sell it, or pass it off as your own, without asking us in writing first.

Client work and trademarks

The case studies show real work we did for our clients. Their names, logos and trademarks are theirs, and seeing them here doesn’t mean they endorse this site. If you’re one of those clients and want something changed, email us.

Using the site

Please don’t use the site in a way that breaks the law, disrupts it or the servers behind it, tries to get around its security, or sends spam or harmful code through its forms.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we don’t run, including our clients’ sites. We’re not responsible for what’s on them or how they handle your information.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Information here, including articles on our Insights page, is general and isn’t professional advice for your specific situation.
